Our Complaints Process

  1. 1.We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
  2. 2.Your complaint will be investigated by a senior member of staff
  3. 3.We aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks
  4. 4.If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service

If you are not satisfied with our final response to your complaint, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 8 weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
