Our Complaints Process
- 1.We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
- 2.Your complaint will be investigated by a senior member of staff
- 3.We aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks
- 4.If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service

If you are not satisfied with our final response to your complaint, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 8 weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
