If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period:
- A refund may be available on a short-period basis, subject to our short-period rates
- An administration fee of £25 will apply
- No refund will be given if a claim has been made or is pending
- No refund will be given if less than 25% of the policy period remains

When cancelling, please have your policy number ready and confirm the date you wish the cancellation to take effect.
Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel your policy by giving you at least 7 days' notice in writing to your last known address or email. We may do this if:
- You fail to pay any premium when due
- You have provided false or misleading information
- You have failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the policy
- You use threatening or abusive behaviour towards our staff
If we cancel your policy, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any premium paid for the unexpired period of insurance, unless the cancellation is due to fraud or misrepresentation.
Return of Documents
Upon cancellation, your Certificate of Motor Insurance becomes invalid. You must not use the vehicle unless you have alternative valid insurance in place. We do not require you to return the certificate, but you should destroy it to avoid confusion.
