How to Make a Claim
Step 1: Ensure Safety
If you've been involved in an accident, ensure everyone is safe. Call emergency services if anyone is injured. Move to a safe location if possible and turn on your hazard lights.
Step 2: Exchange Details
Exchange details with any other parties involved. Collect names, addresses, phone numbers, insurance details, and vehicle registration numbers. Take photos of the scene and damage if safe to do so.
Step 3: Contact Us
Call our claims line as soon as possible. Have your policy number ready. You can also submit a claim through your customer portal or by email.
Step 4: Provide Documentation
We may ask for additional documentation such as photos, witness statements, or police reports. Our claims handler will guide you through exactly what's needed.
